Plain-language version: this site doesn’t have a form that collects anything from you. If you reach out, it’s because you clicked a link to email me, call me, or book time on my calendar — and each of those hands off to a separate service with its own rules. The details are below.

This Is A Simple Site.

lifewizardcoach.com (and kevinfink.me, which points back here) is a static site: it presents information and lets you choose how to get in touch. There’s no account to create, no login, and right now, no contact form that submits data to me directly. When you want to reach me, every button and link on this site sends you to one of a few places: your own email app, your own phone, a third-party scheduling tool, or a video hosted on YouTube. This policy explains what that means for your information.

Almost None, Because There’s No Form Yet.

As of this writing, this site has no contact form, newsletter sign-up box, or other input field that sends information to me or stores it anywhere. The site itself doesn’t use cookies, analytics tracking, or advertising pixels of any kind. If that changes down the road — for example, if I add a real contact form or start using an analytics tool to understand site traffic — I’ll update this page to say so plainly, along with the date at the top.

Here’s Where Each Button Actually Goes.

Several places on this site route you to outside services I don’t control. Each of those services handles your information under its own privacy policy, not mine:

Scheduling a call. Every “Book a Free Discovery Call” or “Book Kevin To Speak” button opens a Boomerang scheduling page. Whatever you enter there (your name, email, and anything else the booking form asks for) is collected and stored by Boomerang, not by this website. Boomerang’s own privacy policy governs that information.
Emailing or calling me. The “Email Kevin” and phone links on the Contact page simply open your own email app or phone dialer, addressed to me. Anything you send that way lives in your inbox and mine, like any normal email or phone call — the website itself never sees or stores it.
Watching a video. Links to the free forgiveness practice and any other video content point to YouTube. YouTube’s own privacy policy applies to anything that happens on their site.
Buying the book. The link to When Good Cases Stall goes to Archway Publishing’s bookstore. Any purchase information you provide there is handled by Archway Publishing, not by this site.
Following me on social media. The LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube icons in the footer take you to those platforms, each governed by its own privacy policy.

None of these third parties are affiliated with this site’s privacy practices, and I’d encourage you to review their policies if you have questions about how they specifically handle your information.

Children’s privacy. This site isn’t directed at children, and I don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy. If anything about how this site handles information changes, I’ll update this page and change the effective date at the top, so you always know the current version is the one governing the site.
